TROUBLESHOOTING
My unit is not running.
This could be for several different reasons.
No power supply to the unit - Please attempt to reset the GFCI. To review proper electrical connections for the unit, reference SUITMATE 230 Volt Installation Guide.
If the unit only hums when you depress the Lid, the problem could be a loose wire or an obstruction within the unit. Remove any foreign objects from the interior of the unit and remove the end cap from the bottom of the motor to visually inspect the motor components for damage and frayed or broken wires. For additional problem solving, please reference the SUITMATE 230 Volt Troubleshooting Guide.
If the unit hums as soon as power is engaged and before the Lid is depressed, the problem could be a faulty timer or an over-adjustment on the Micro Switch. For problem solving, please reference the SUITMATE 230 Volt Troubleshooting Guide.
The unit is leaking.
Leaking is primarily caused by an obstruction with the interior drain channel, drain hose, or p-trap (if applicable). Check for an obstruction by looking down inside the unit for something blocking the drain channel or drain opening. Remove any foreign objects. You may need to remove the Top and Sub-Top to fully access the inside of the unit. Please reference the SUITMATE 230 Volt Installation and Maintenance Manual.
The basket does not come to a full stop when you lift the Lid.
There is a problem with the Brakes. Please take the unit out of service immediately and Contact Us
The GFCI on the unit is tripping off.
The SUITMATE unit should be connected to a 230 V, 60 Hz, 20 Amp dedicated circuit. Verify all wires are securely connected to the GFCI and inspect unit for signs of an electrical short. For further information please reference the SUITMATE 230 Volt Troubleshooting Guide.

How do I install the SUITMATE unit?
The SUITMATE unit requires a hard-wired electrical connection and a drainage set-up. Please visit our Resources page for additional technical information, detailed installation instructions and an installation video.
Where does the water go?
The SUITMATE unit's drain opening is on the underside of the unit. Each unit ships with a short drain hose connected to that opening which can either be routed to your facility's waste line via a standard P-Trap connection or routed down to a floor drain.
Can I put other items in the SUITMATE unit like towels, clothes or swim caps?
No, the SUITMATE unit is designed for one swimsuit at a time. Placing other items in the basket may result in damage to the SUITMATE unit.
Can I put more than one bathing suit in the basket?
No, the SUITMATE unit is designed for one swimsuit at a time. Placing multiple items in the basket may result in damage to the SUITMATE unit.
Does the SUITMATE unit come in any other sizes?
No, the SUITMATE unit is made for one swimsuit only. The basket size maximizes water extraction.
Does it come in other colors?
Extractor Corporation does not currently offer colour options outside of USA but please keep an eye out for future offerings.
How fast does the SUITMATE unit spin?
At full speed, the basket inside of the SUITMATE unit is spinning at 3,450 revolutions per minute.
Does this product come with a warranty?
Units come with a 12 months parts only warranty.
What is the SUITMATE unit made out of?
The SUITMATE unit is made of 304-grade stainless steel and durable plastic.

We do not have a field service team, but we sell a full line of SUITMATE parts and we also offer an Exchange Program.
